Date format

By John O |

Hi Mary, I notice the dates on the site are in American format. Any way they can be changed to dd/mm/yyyy? Ithink this is at site level and not user.

Thanks, John

Strangely I just noticed this myself, I'll see what I can find out - still learning :) but I suspect you are right about it being a configuration on the site.  When I sort it I'll delete this post

Emojis not appearing though

Both myself and the webmistress have spent quite a time this morning attempting to enable this unsuccessfully.  We believe there needs to be an upgraded module, but before we attempt to do that the database will need to be backed up and the forum taken off line for the short while it will take to do this.  It will be done at a quiet time and also to fit into our own time constraints, but hopefully sooner rather than later.  If the update doesn't work I think we will have to do without the emojis so fingers crossed.yes

PS thanks for the little tips which we have overlooked and which make life just that little easier for everybody, eg the date format.
